We need to encourage as many youngsters as possible to feel valued and stay in the industry. So please step up and nominate a promising youngster who is 21 years old or under (on 31 May 2020) who works in your shop. We'll be highlighting the nominees online as we receive nominations so that each one will have a moment in the spotlight, but in order to do that you will have to send email@example.com an email with a photos of the nominee and a couple of paragraphs about why they shine. Otherwise simply fill in the nomination form.
Kevin Woolerton, Marketing Director, Automotive Refinish, PPG said: “When we look to the future, it’s the young people joining now who will take up the baton and continue to drive the collision repair industry forward over the coming decades. With a whole range of ground-breaking technologies on the horizon, a collision repair centre is promising to be a more technically advanced and exciting workplace than ever before. It’s the current generation’s role to get that message across, attract the best young talent and then give them the opportunities to develop the skills needed for a long and successful career as an industry professional.”
Simply nominate the young achiever and we will send you a link to a Survey Monkey form so that you can tell us why you think they should win. What we're looking for:
