The Paint & Panel/NRMA Women in Smash awards will feature seven finalists this year instead of five so if you haven't nominated that essential woman in your shop then click here now - no, not tomorrow, or later, now. They deserve to be recognised for the invaluable contribution they bring to your business.
Each nominee will be asked to tell the judging panel about themselves in a Survery Monkey form ( if you think they are too shy and want to fill it out for them then make sure your email address is on the entry form not theirs. The judging panel is made up of last year's five finalists who were: Kristie Pate from KIngswood Smash Repairs, NSW; Samantha Leonard from Forbes Smash Repairs, NSW; Donna Robson, The River Group, QLD; Ruth Barnard, Smithfield Collision, SA. Because one of last year's finalists has retired from the industry, former winner Roslyn Anderson from Wales Truck Repairs, NSW has stepped into the panel.
Over the next three issues of Paint & Panel magazine we will be featuring two finalists each time from whom an overall winner will be selected.
We hope to be able to announce a seminar for all women in the industry - not just those in panel shops - very shortly.
