NTAR Estimation Tip – Add Structure to Your Quote-for newbies to NTAR
One simple way to make NTAR feel more manageable is to add structure to how you map out your estimate.
First: always select the correct NTAR schedule.
Your schedule drives labour, R&R, and paint times-get this wrong and the estimate isn’t set up for success. Keep the NTAR website open alongside iBodyShop to cross-reference where needed.
Second: when tagging damage, work in a clockwise direction around the vehicle.
This creates flow, makes it easier to pick up where you left off if interrupted, and reduces the ‘choppy’ feel NTAR can have – especially for newer users.
