WGBW buys Miami Smash
Danny Buzadzic from Western General Body Works (WGBW) in Victoria has bought prestige repair shop Miami Smash in Queensland.

Buzadzic, who owns six shops in Victoria, bought another prestige shop, Nardi Panels Bodytech, Geelong, back in February and is committed to the prestige repair market.
"We want to do good work, have a good name and survive forever. The prestige market is a good one with owners willing to pay for quality repairs. We can incorporate our good business systems into Miami, and invest in some new equipment."
Buzadic was an early adopter of lean principles and feels confident that Miami Smash will be a profitable investment. This is Buzadzic's first interstate purchase however, he is keen to build up his prestige stable and says he is open to buying quality prestige shops in other states.
For Miami Smash owner Sharon McHugh it is a new chapter in her life: " I am excited although a little sad as well. I think Danny will be great for Miami as he has a lot of enthusiasm for the industry and is focused on the quality of repair which will suit the team. Danny already owns a BMW approved facility and is aware of their high standards.
"I will definitely miss Miami which has been a huge part of my life and I will miss my team who have supported me in good times and bad," McHugh said.
