This award is for a promising youngster under the age of 25 (on 17 November 2023) who works in a collision repair facility in any capacity. The nominator will be required to detail why their nominee should win this award on the Bodyshop Awards portal. The finalists will be presented to the expert judging panel who will select one winner. They will be looking for:
Someone with a love of learning, evidence of being a team player, a strong work ethic, a person who has achieved something that can be recognised such as being promoted or winning a competition.
Judging and winning
A number of finalists will be selected. These finalists will be announced in the September issue of the magazine and online. The winner will be selected by an expert panel of judges and announced at the glittering night of nights awards presentation dinner in Melbourne on 11 November. They will receive a trophy and a winner's logo for their marketing and will be profiled in the November issue of the magazine.
