Fix Auto Mulgrave owner Lana Pagiamtzis and her management team bring over 30 years’ experience to the Fix Auto network.
Head of Business for Fix Auto Australia Terry Feehan has announced that Fix Auto Mulgrave, owned and operated by Lana Pagiamtzis is the latest shop to join the Australian Fix Auto network.
Fix Auto Mulgrave’s shop manager, Robert Marinelli, is a seasoned industry professional, having owned and operated five collision repair companies prior to joining Fix Auto. Pagiamtzis entered the industry as an administration manager in 2008 and loved it so much, she purchased her own shop in January 2015.
A natural entrepreneur, she says: “I saw an opportunity to purchase my own business and make a difference, as I could see the potential of being a successful business woman in a male-dominated industry. I believe the biggest benefit of joining Fix Auto is that we remain entrepreneurs. As local business owner, I am better placed to serve the needs of my community, while being supported by a global brand. This allows us to focus on delivering what I believe to be important to the customer; quality, service, presentation, and commitment to making sure we deliver excellent repairs.”
Fix Auto Mulgrave has recently renovated the shop with a new booth, introduced new iBodyshop software and redecorated its offices, aligning it with Fix Auto’s strong consumer brand.
