Suncorp has signed up CARe Automotive as a strategic service provider to deliver additional drivable repair capacity.
CARe, headed by industry veterans Jim Vais, Norman Moss and an experienced senior management team, is focused on providing a more efficient “front-end” underpinned by a customer-centric and Just-In-Time approach. CARe continues to evolve its network having opened its first site in Melbourne in February 2022 and now has five sites operational on the eastern seaboard and plans to open additional sites in the second half of 2023.
Brett Wallace, Suncorp’s Head of National Repairer and Supplier Performance said, “We believe that CARe will help ease booking pressures for our customers, while adding additional repair capability to our existing network of suppliers.
