A performance management feature is one of the system's recent releases. “We only turned it on six weeks ago but the data it has given us already is incredibly valuable. Each team member can see how they are tracking on their daily, weekly or monthly targets. I can see every week the ROI we are getting from each technician - it’s really a game changer. We are looking to work longer days and this will tell me how much overtime each technician can profitably work.”
Another system that Woodriff likes is the task manager which is especially useful when you work with a number of different work providers. It sends reminders for you to request quotes and other functions that the work provider might require. Key reports such as cycle times, job analysis and customer survey responses build confidence with strategic decisions and are great for relationship management with work providers.
