Brian Rickard, one of the original Novus franchisees joining in 1984, has finished the final touches on his Gold Coast workshop rebrand. Originally located at unit 2/26 Spencer Road in Nerang, Brian made the decision to relocate next door to unit 1/26 Spencer Road.
The rebranding and relocation has achieved greater road visibility from the Pacific Motorway. The bold new look and cheeky ‘Show Us Your Crack’ signage, installed by Hardwick Signs, is also turning heads. Passers-by stop regularly for photo opportunities.
Alongside his partner Poppy Schuback, Brian has streamlined operations at the new location by updating his booking process and introducing a new phone system from indigenous telecommunication provider Indigico. The new workshop still offers the same range of windscreen solutions including: windscreen chip repairs, replacements and reseals, auto mirror and wiper blade replacements, headlight restoration, perspex and laminated glass for plant and equipment. They also offer a comprehensive ADAS calibration service.
Novus Gold Coast also remains an authorised supplier for many fleet companies and provider for major insurance companies in the area.
