Collision repair start-up, DingGo, has opened a new operations centre in Alexandria as it nears $1million in repairs booked through the platform.

Since launching in Sydney in 2018, DingGo has expanded into Newcastle, Canberra, and Victoria. From November, the platform will begin signing up repairers in Brisbane. This signals its first foray into Queensland and expands its coverage to the entire east coast of Australia.

DingGo founder, Shaun Janks, said the platform's growth meant the time had come to secure its own office space after almost doubling its employee headcount.

"We were bootstrapping the business in a co-working space, but after expanding into Victoria in early October it was clear we needed a place of our own," he said. Janks said DingGo's customer care, repairer management and development teams would be based out of the new HQ.

"We exist to bring customers and repairers together," Janks said. "Now with the Alexandria office, we can grow even faster than we already have, expand into more regions, and bring the ease and simplicity of the platform to smash repairers right across Australia."
