I-CAR Australia Gold Class Coordinator Gary Wood has announced that Total Collision Repairs in Airport West, Victoria has been awarded the prestigious I-CAR Gold Class Collision status.

I-CAR has been instrumental in enabling our employees to achieve and continue to achieve such high training standards. Achieving I-CAR Gold Class was an achievement we as a team at Total Collision Repairs strove to accomplish for 2020, which we did with great pride. The I-CAR Gold Class level of training complements our already very high level of customer service and repairs," said Deborah Stephens.

"Total Collision Repairs understand that up to date training is increasingly important.  We recognise that employees need to maintain and achieve a high level of role specific training to ensure they are up to date with technological changes and to ensure customer safety when repairing vehicles to pre accident condition and to OEM standards.

When you see the Gold Class logo, you know that the business has met the industry standards for achieving a high level of technical training that contributes to complete, safe and quality repairs which is the foundations of what Total Collision Repairs has built their business upon,” she said.

“The number of repairers achieving the Gold Class accreditation continues to grow as businesses recognise the need for relevant technical training that will allow them to confidently deal with the complexities of modern vehicle repair," Wood said.

"Congratulations to the entire team at Total Collision Repairs who become the latest member of this prestigious network. Their commitment to achieving the Gold Class accreditation in such a short space of time has been outstanding, participating in regular virtual and online training courses to meet the requirements. Well done to all involved,” he said.
