Fix Auto Australia has announced that it has joined forces with owner-operator Jason Whittaker to launch Fix Auto Lake Macquarie after previously operating as Kel Whittaker Smash Repairs.
Whittaker said that the business decided to join the Fix Auto network after considering industry trends, competitive advantages and expanded brand coverage.
“What I personally liked about the Fix model was that we have complete power as to how we operate our own business.
“Fix also adds so many other benefits which allows us as owners to focus on our business which Fix looks after potential work providers and follow the latest industry trends which are then passed onto us.
“Being part of the Fix Auto brand in the future, I see a major competitive advantage because we will have national coverage of a brand which our customers know as a trusted company, and who's standards are world class.”
Fix Auto Australia head of business Terry Feehan said the group was delighted to add the Lake Macquarie team and highlighted the group's growing influence in Australia.
“We are delighted to have Jason and his skilled team join the Fix Auto network. For such an established family business to change its name and join the Fix Auto network shows just how influential Fix Auto has become in just over a year.
“Collaborating with driven, enthusiastic individuals like the Fix Auto Lake Macquarie team is key in our plans to grow into the ultimate collision repair solution in Australia.
“We proudly welcome Fix Auto Lake Macquarie to the Fix Auto family and wish them much continued success.”
