Car Craft Group's Queensland Christmas party was a big affair with over 170 people in attendance at a lovely waterside location on the Gold Coast. The event was planned for the night after the Paint & Panel conference and awards to take advantage of so many Car Craft members and suppliers being on the Gold Coast for the event. During the course of the evening there was a ladies appreciation presentation recognising the invaluable role that women in the Queensland group play in the success of their respective businesses.
The inaugural Dean Taylor memorial award was presented to Mansfield Smash Repairs. Dean Taylor was instrumental in setting up Car Craft in Queensland, the first state the group went to after it was well established in Western Australia from 1987.
A raffle was also held which raised nearly $4000 for the Mental Awareness Foundation.
