“We spent two years developing this site and at every step we were fully aware of what we needed to have in place to support customer needs in line with a fast-changing industry,” O’Donnell said.
O'Donnell says, it is important that the repairs carried out on every vehicle is performed to manufacturer approved guidelines and standards. While the BMW North Shore Bodyshop focuses on BMW & MINI brands, the Macarthur Prestige Bodyshop is factory approved for brands such as, BMW, MINI, Tesla, Lexus, Toyota, Volkswagen, and RAM.
"Each car model is different and has its own unique repair methods. Our technicians engage in continual education to ensure they are fully versed in the latest repair techniques and requirements through manufacturer accredited training programs. Training is carried out online, onsite and at the accredited manufacturer training facilities, as well as having access to Ezi Method,’ Car Craft’s method of repair retrieval program.

Steve Robalino purchased Vanquish Motocraft twelve months ago with a desire to return to the trade he loves. Robalino, a qualified paint technician however, joined the NSW Police Force after attaining his trade certificate. Robalino rose through the ranks in the force to become a Detective, a position he held for 11 years.
Robalino decided to jump back into the fray and purchase an existing panel business, and sees that by joining Car Craft it will help him take Vanquish Motocraft to the next level.
Robalino has joined the group to stand alongside other professional and like-minded panel shop owners, believing networking amongst the team both at a local level and nationally is vital to the business.
