Two lucky Melbourne businesses will be receiving six months free business coaching from MaxMyProft and a host of other benefits in our Business Transformation program.

Dave and Clarissa Iacobucci from DSI Panels - with two locations in Croydon and Blackburn and Samantha and Darren Xuereb from Point Cook Collision Repairs in Hoppers Crossing will start their transformation journey shortly.

The idea of the Business Transformation program is for readers to follow the businesses progress and see if any of the stratgeies could work in your shop.

The Iacobuccis are a hard working, ambitious couple with a young family. Their second shop DSI Croydon is a Paint & Panel awards winner twice over and now that it is running smoothly the couple are looking to expand the network. MaxMyProfit already coach multi-site collision businesses and will be able to support the Iacobuccis with their growth plans.

The Xuerebs are in the middle of building a large, state of the art shop with a view to courting OEM approvals in order to have a sustainable business going forward. They know that manufacturer training, approvals and specialisation in marques is important as cars become increasingly complex. MaxMyProfit will be able to support them to ensure they have the right business plan and processes to succeed.

We'll be following the two couples online, in print and via our social media and podcast channels.
