Bill Dingle Smash Repairs in Ayr, North Queensland, part of the Suncorp Insurance Repairer Network.has been awarded I-CAR Gold Class Collision status.
“We were looking for a more structured and industry specific training to keep up to date with the constant changes happening in our industry. Once the Road to Gold program was offered to us by the Suncorp Group, it was a no brainer to jump on board with the training," said Josh Leonardi, Workshop/Parts Manager of Bill Dingle Smash Repairs.
"The several training delivery options offered by I-CAR made finding time for training easier. All of our training was done online in a Virtual Classroom afterhours. From apprentices through to the tradespeople, we have all been learning something new every course and have more confidence when working in the workshop.
"We want to keep our Gold Glass status long term by introducing I-CAR courses into our future processes. I feel when this training is done correctly, it can really boost up the staffs’ attitudes and abilities to carry out future work and being kept up to date, which can only provide a good outcome for the business and the customers.”
