The Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association (AAAA) has announced the appointment of Adele Coswello, chief customer officer of mycar Tyre & Auto, to the AAAA Board.

Adele was officially announced as a director during the AAAA’s 45th Annual General Meeting, held on October 21, 2025 at the Parkroyal Hotel in Clayton, Melbourne.

Her strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of customer needs will bring valuable insight to the Board as the industry continues to evolve through new technologies, mobility trends and customer expectations.

“We are delighted to welcome Adele to the AAAA Board,” CEO of the AAAA, Stuart Charity, said.

“Her strategic and customer-focused leadership will complement the strong mix of skills and experience already on the Board, helping us continue to deliver value for our members and strengthen the future of our industry.”

Mark Pedder (Pedders Suspension), Craig Baills (Highfields Mechanical), Colette Kirby (Logicar), Graeme Whickman (Amotiv) and Peter Rogers (Repco Authorised Service) were all re-elected to serve three-year terms, providing Board stability and reflecting strong member endorsement of the Association’s current leadership and direction.

The AAAA also extended its appreciation to April Harwood from JAX Tyres & Auto, who chose not to renominate due to work commitments, for her outstanding contribution to the Board and ongoing support of the Association’s work over the past three years.

The AAAA says it looks forward to continuing its success in advocating for the industry, drawing on the depth of experience and strategic insight of its Board to strengthen outcomes for members and the broader automotive sector.
