June - July 2000 Products: Self-propelled working platform

Comments Comments
You know that often it takes two people to mobilise a work platform. Or you spend half the day climbing up and down to move it around yourself. It takes a long time to set scaffolding up and to disassemble. Then there are those jobs where it's just plain difficult to get the scaffold exactly where you need it to be.
Any way you look at it, working at height is a hassle.
That's why Japanese engineers have come up with the Scaffmobile to allow a single tradesperson to operate a work platform safely.
Scaffmobile is the only safety-approved one-man operated self propelled work platform in the world. It's been specifically designed so that one person can alter the height, steer it around and apply the brakes all from the platform.
No more waiting for someone to push you around. You don't have to get up and down. And it can hold two people if you want. The savings are on manpower and time.
Made of aluminium, the total weight is only 96kg with the heaviest component, which is the drive assembly, being 30kg. And because you can take the Scaffmobile apart, you can easily lift each of the components by yourself. It's also easy to carry and store.
