For lifting, anchoring, straightening and measuring, Blackhawk’s PL10 has a great pulling force of seven tonnes, and high anchoring supports for easy access and setup of the measuring system. It’s compact and robust and compatible with electronic or mechanical measuring systems. Its great for any job, at any level, whether it be for maintenance and mechanical jobs, sheet metal work, dismantling, reassembly, and preparation before painting.
The PL10 comes complete with the lift, frame and lifting arm. Its adjustable dozer pulling arm, and vertical extension for dozer includes electric pump, wheel supports, arms and anchoring supports with clamp. There is a pulley for downward pulls, a 2.70m /10-ton chain, and self locking clamp.
The PL10 can be combined effectively with the Shark universal electronic measuring system for diagnosis and repair. The shark is much easier to use than mechanical measuring, but uses the same logic. The ultrasonic technology and highly developed computer programme used by the Shark make it a particularly user friendly system.
The Shark comprises three main parts: the ultrasonic emitting probes and magnetic connection, the console with computer, printer, keyboard, colour screen and drawers for the accessories, and the receiving beam. The benefits include no moving parts, and neither wear nor play. The colour screen has an lcd display.
No underbody manipulations are required once the Shark is installed. There is automatic and constant verification of vehicle position, and quarterly updates of the database are issued on cd-rom. The direction of the deformation is illustrated in three dimensions. One of the unique features of the Shark is that, whilst straightening, up to 12 points are controlled simultaneously - calibrating every three seconds to ptovide fast and guided work.
