Car-O-Liner has just released the CTR12000 Spot Welder, a fully automatically spot welding machine, onto the Australian market.
The fully automatic process-regulated, multiple function spot welding machine features medium frequency inverter operation and water cooling, designed for the repair of vehicle bodywork - particularly of components made of high strength or maximum stregth and also coated and laminated steel panels - with clear quality assurance regarding welding process (welding results).

The CTR 12000 features "Virtual Machine" programable intelligence, an innovative control technology with integrated quality assurance management designed to monitor joint process from end ti end, beginning with a definition of the initial situation regarding the items to he joined, and termination with the carrying-out and completion of weld.
Progress can be tracked using QM TM traffic light indicator.
The system of quality assurance management includes a database containing all the required processing parameters, classified by type and thickness of materian.
An automatic start up blocker prevents the main supply fuses from being overloaded.
Depending on the type of machine, data transfer and storage is carried out with a user-friendly MCC/US B stick.
