A greater focus on the customer is evident in many shops across Adelaide with some great, modern, stylish reception area makeovers taking place.
Many workshop refurbs are on the cards and committment to green working practices becoming the industry norm.
Many thanks to the shop owners and managers who gave up their time to show us around, put up with my sniffing and coughing and brewed up some kickass coffee. Especial thanks to Mario Cavallo, Australian Crash Repair who provided the Italian cold cure of coffee with grappa (not sure how much coffee was in there), if only it could have worked its magic.
