Industry pioneer Paul Reichmuth of Seetal Spray Booths died, age 72, on Friday 28 September from a heart attack.
Paul founded Seetal Spray Booths back in 1973 offering the first locally built combination spray booth and baking ovens. Paul had gained extensive experience of the industry in Switzerland prior to emigrating to Australia.
Seetal has built over 4000 spray booths in the Australian and New Zealand markets. Paul was passionate about safety and was instrumental in implementing the industry standard AS4114 which gave everyone a guideline to follow.
Paul’s wife Elvira and daughter Sylvia will take over the helm at Seetal which they will continue to build and develop as a lasting legacy of Paul’s life’s work.
Paul’s funeral will be held on Saturday 6 October, 10am, at Heritage and Heritage Funerals, 733 Boronia Road, Wantirna, Vic. The family have requested donations be made to the Monash Medical Centre, 246 Clayton Road, Clayton, 3165 in lieu of flowers.
