The TECH range is the latest addition to the myPlates catalogue, now with a fully graphical background. It complements design features standard across most new car models and is marketed towards a wide range of people, from businessmen to tradies, car enthusiasts, doctors, plumbers and everyone in between.
The range consists of three new designs: Carbon Fibre, Mesh Grille and Chequer. There are plans for more designs in the future as well as making them available for motorcycles. The order fee is $295.
There are three ways to get a new TECH range plate:
Restyle: choose a new TECH range plate with existing letters and numbers.
One-off fee $295 (will not attract new or affect existing annual fees)
Personalised: choose new letters and numbers in set combinations*
Order fee $295, plus $99 annual fee
*AA.2222, AAA.22A, AA.222, AAA.222, 222.AAA, 22.AAAA, AA.22AA or 22.AAA
Personalised Plus: choose new letters and numbers with unlimited combinations*
Order fee $295, plus $440 annual fee
*must contain at least one letter, excluding the letters I and O
