It's with great pleasure that we announce the next round of finalists for the 2016 Women in Smash awards.

This time the spotlight is on Janelle Koopman from Absolute Panel & Paint in Coffs Harbour, New South Wales (pictured) and Petrina White from Cramp Bros Bodyworks in Hobart, Tasmania.

Speaking about the industry, Koopman believes that Women in Smash is an opportunity to celebrate what women do for businesses across all levels.

“They're the backbone of the industry – they're the first port of call.”
