The latest version Car-O-Liner's CM1300 Pulse is designed to meet carmakers' standards for joining processes in thin high-tensile steel, aluminium and stainless steel. It is available in three versions, Single, Duo or Trio. The Duo version has room for two 11" spools and the Trio version for three 8" spools of wires. The machine automatically detects which torch/wire feed unit is active.
In addition to sheet metal welding the CMI300 Pulse features MIG brazing with and without pulse.
CMI300 has 36 pre-set programs and features a double pulse, required by several OEMs that further controls the heat in the weld. Intelligent gas control ensures optimal shielding of the weld pool and maintains the strength in the joint resulting in gas savings, better arc ignition and a minimum of weld spatter.
