With the aim of making refinish jobs quicker and more economical, Spies Hecker has launched Permasolid Express Surfacer Accelerator 9250, which speeds up drying of Permasolid HS Express Surfacer 5250.
“The reliable Permasolid HS Express Surfacer 5250 can normally be sanded after 60 to 120 minutes at 20°C ambient air temperature. However, if refinishers use the new Permasolid Express Surfacer Accelerator 9250, they can cut drying times at room temperature down to about 30 minutes,” said Spies Hecker product and colour manager ANZ John Nettleton.
By offering Permasolid Express Surfacer Accelerator 9250 for use in combination with Permasolid HS Express Surfacer 5250, the premium global refinish brand from Cologne, Germany, offers bodyshops a particularly efficient, and potentially energy-saving solution for refinish jobs.
Easy to use; flexible application
The VOC compliant 2K sanding surfacer can be mixed with HS and VHS hardeners. When mixed with the Permasolid Express Surfacer Accelerator 9250, the 2K sanding surfacer offers good flow properties when applied in two or three spray passes without flash-off times.
