Axalta Coating Systems has introduced the Acquire Color Compact spectrophotometer in markets across the Asia Pacific region including China, India, Korea, Southeast Asia and Australia. The lightweight device is designed to be easy to use, cost effective and assit bodyshops create accurate colour matches faster.
The spectrophotometer captures exact colour of a vehicle and transmits the information to Axalta’s colour retrieval software, Axalta Color Cloud. Using digital connectivity, the Acquire Color Compact provides high-speed access to over 200,000 current colour formulas ensuring an accurate colour match. The spectrophotometer measures three angles and is capable of accurately measuring solid colours as well as colour effects, such as sparkle.
The device is robust and compact with a high-resolution screen that provides clear instructions on usage, ensuring full advantage of all its features, making colour identification and matching efficient and reliable.
The Acquire Color Compact works with all Axalta refinish brands, including Standox, Cromax and Spies Hecker.
