Axalta Coating Systems has added three new grit sizes to its Audurra dry sanding paper range.
P600, P800 and P1500 join its offering in a bid to enhance durability, speed and cost savings for bodyshops.
The Audurra P600 has been developed for final surfacer and filling sanding, while the P800 will be used for finer sandings of clear coats and areas surrounding repairs.
The P1500 will aim to aid refinishers in remocing minor surface defects and prepare blending areas.
The P1500 has also been introduced to tackle 'orange peel' effects in clear coat layers in conjunction with Audurra's A8 polishing compound.
