Wielander+Schill body saw

DEVELOPED PARTICULARLY FOR car body repairs, the Wielander+Schill body saw cuts at 12,000 strokes per minute at 90psi. Its effortless cutting action, which prevents tearing of edges on very thin panels, produces a burr-free edge.

"As air body saws go, this one is superb," Sydney Automotive Paints and Equipment (SAPE) body repair technician, Mark Ryan said. "There is little competition in performance when we put this saw against competitive units."

Ryan claims the vibration of the saw is much reduced when compared to other brands, allowing for better feel when precise cutting of body panels and interior trim is required. "Car sheet metals are becoming much harder and tenacious," he said. For example, TRIP steel on chassis structures.

In the future we will find even harder and extremely tough aluminium on vehicles. Saws will need more cutting strength andmore power."
