VACC's Target 2030 design competition now open

The VACC's popular design competition, Target 2030 is now open.

The competition brief is to design a vehicle, or mode of transport, that will be used in the year 2030. It must be a road vehicle and accommodate at least one person. The rest is up to the state’s secondary and tertiary students who enter the competition. There are three categories – design, model-making and essay.

VACC presents winning students with cash prizes and donates the same amount of money to their school, college or university. Winners of the design and model-making categories receive $3,000 each and winners of the essay category receive $500. More details at target2030.com.au
