A snapshot survey of UK smash repairers by bodyshop magazine highlights the tough trading conditions endured in 2011.

The recent survey of UK magazine  bodyshop’s database, which includes large groups and independents to small shops, finds that 20 percent of repairers have seen a decrease in turnover but over half expect to make a profit by the end of the year.
