The winning Concept getting bigger and bigger

Concept Paints is continuing to experience solid growth across all regions of Australia and abroad, including one of the most difficult and largest automotive refinish markets in the world, the US.

The success of this Australian made automotive paint company is the result of the vision and aspirations of Concept Paints founder and managing director Joseph Kaltoum.

Kaltoum’s savvy and articulated business sense resulted in him predicting some years ago the type of business environment the refinish sector would confront in future.

He could see the potential of what Concept Paints was capable of delivering to the industry and why he established Concept Paints some 15 years ago, according to Concept Paint’s Tony Di Matteo.

“Today Concept Paints is earning an enviable reputation of being a trusted brand name in the automotive refinish market,” Di Matteo said.

“Well admired amongst the international automotive paint community, consistently challenging the market place, delivering innovative products like our world first NO Mix Paint System, including a host of industry specific products all under the Concept Paints brand name.”

Di Matteo said the continuing growth of concept Paints has meant introducing new members to the team.

“Stuart Thomas (below right), well known to many in our industry and successful in his own right, comes to Concept Paints with 27 years of industry experience having represented major paint brands both here and abroad including America, Europe and New Zealand,” Di Matteo said.

“Stuart’s new role is technical executive responsible for all those support requirements when it comes to getting maximum results when users want to learn or adopt any of our products.

“As well, we have Paul Crowe (above left) with some 20 years industry experience, a qualified tradesman who didn’t know to much about our company at first, but as he puts it, what a dynamic company and proud to be part of our team having, now completed his induction training course.

“Paul’s area of responsibility will see him be part of the technical representative group which also reports back to the Sales and Marketing team.”
