Back in 1994 Paint & Panel had a female editor (one of many I might add) Dawn Adams. She wrote this article about how few women there were in the car repair industry. I'm so glad that isn't the case any more and that we are highlighting some of these women in our Women in Smash awards program. See when there weren't many the world was black and white and now it's full colour - at least in Paint & Panel land.
