Vero has been awarded the Gold Mansfield Award for Claims Excellence, as well as both the SME Property and Casualty, and Corporate Property and Casualty awards.

Announced at this year’s ceremony, the Gold Mansfield Award win marks Vero’s sixth title in a row, as well as five back-to-back wins in the SME Property and Casualty category.

Adding to these awards is the addition of the Corporate Property & Casualty win, shining a spotlight on Vero’s broad investment across claims. Michael Miller, Vero's chief executive Commercial & Personal Injury Insurance, said the award wins reflect Vero’s extensive focus on constantly improving its claims and broker experiences.

“Claims time is an insurer’s moment of truth – it’s the promise our customers buy. To be recognised once again through these respected awards is an honour, and reflects the work we’re putting in to ensure businesses get back on track as fast as possible after an event,” he said.

“With broker surveys being key to the judging process, the award holds even more weight for us. Broker relationships are key to everything we do, and a good claims experience doesn’t happen without the great work of our brokers. We’re thrilled to see these relationships are as strong as ever with these prestigious award wins.”

Over the past year, Vero says it has remained committed to prioritising the needs of brokers and businesses, expanding its Specialty Lines portfolio with three new products: Equipment Breakdown, Higher Hazard Property, and Higher Hazard Liability.

The company claims these niche offerings are designed to provide brokers with targeted risk solutions that address complex customer needs.

Looking ahead, Vero declares it plans to introduce three additional products to further strengthen its Specialty Lines portfolio over the coming year.
