UK based insurance claims management provider, Action365, has announced the launch of its new claims customer service product, Claim Mate.

The product will offer a range of services to the insurance industry and clients alike, such as claims concierge, first notification of loss and intervention and cost control innovations.

Claim Mate will provide Australian insurers with assistance and guidance when managing their existing client's claims.

It will also enable them to offer an ethical managed solution for members of the public who want to go directly to their new insurance brand.

Action365 CEO and founder Sam White said the company had spent years researching the Australian auto and insurance market and noticed a clear gap.

"There is a definite gap in the market for professional, client centric, claims management that puts the victims of the automotive incident at the heart of the process, not the business who benefit from it.
