Symach - the Italian fast repair curing specialist - has announced it will be exhibiting at the Collision Repair Expo from 6 to 8 April at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (Booth AF21).
Exhibitor equipment and product demonstrations will be a highlight, including Symach FixLine Process which reduces the cost of repair by 25 to 30% and yields a key to key time of two days on average, say the company. The FixLine process works based on three different processes to repair cars by segmenting the size of damage, the first process for repairs of one panel, a second one for repairs of 2-3 panels and the third one for repairs with more than 4 panels including non-drivable car.  Symach owns many patents and new technologies such as Drytronic that dries every paint in a few seconds.
'Since 2001 Symach has re-invented and produced all the equipment needed to build a new bodyshop' say the company. Some of Symach brands are: RoboDry, EasyDry, FlyDry, SprayTron, KombiTron, CarMover, ShopLine and many others. Besides producing equipment, process design, organisation and training for the body shop, Symach is prepared and organised to support the change, starting from the design of the new work process, the new body shop layout, the training program for all technicians and management including various topics such as programming roles, daily scheduling of repairs, correctly managing spare parts flow, weekly reports and KPI and many others.
