Another two repairers have joined the Australian Collision Industry Alliance - but many more are needed if ACIA is to continue its work of raising awareness of careers in collision. Thanks to its work at many careers expos, ACIA has engaged with both young people and careers advisors and placed school leavers in shops for work experience. This has led to a number of new apprenticeships being take up all around Australia. Each careers fair costs over $7000 with stand and equipment hire and other supplementary costs.  The more repairers that join, the more careers expos and other opportunities such as motoring events ACIA can attend to promote the industry as a rewarding place to work. Membership starts at just $550.
