Collecting Cars, the leading online auction platform for the sale of classic, performance and collectible cars, hit a new high in July.
The company’s Australasian sales results last month exceeded AUD $7.3 million from 102 auction lots. Its year-to-date results are up by 230 sold lots, 54 per cent higher than this time last year.
Consignment sales year-to-date are up 126 per cent compared to July 2024.
“Winter isn’t hampering buyers’ appetites for collectible cars in Australia and New Zealand,” said head of APAC at Collecting Cars, Lee Hallett, said.
“And we have some special cars scheduled for auction in the coming months.”
