QBE Insurance Australia (QBE) today announced the launch of its national Hail Repairer Network, appointing Action Smart Group as the network’s provider and as its preferred supplier of repair solutions for hail damaged motor vehicles.
The launch is part of a strategic review of QBE’s motor claims division and supports its focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
QBE Executive General Manager – Claims, Jon Fox, said the move would address evolving business and customer needs.
“Our new Hail Repairer Network and our partnership with Action Smart Group helps us to provide progressive hail damage solutions to our customers across the nation.
"The network is a pivotal part of our customer promise and we are confident it will deliver efficient and high-quality repairs that meet our evolving business needs.
Fox said Action Smart Group were selected after a competitive Request for Proposal process and the new network would complement QBE’s recently launched Accredited Smash Repairer (ASR) Network.
"We’ve chosen Action Smart Group based on their ability to provide cost-effective, high-quality repairs to vehicles which have sustained hail damage and ability to support QBE’s distribution partners across Australia."
