The MTA NSW Group has announced the appointment of Louise Kinloch as its new General Manager – Training, which will see her lead the training functions across the organisation.

Kinloch is a highly experienced operations and education leader who brings more than 15 years’ expertise in workforce development, strategic business planning, and managing complex vocational training environments.

Her extensive knowledge of the Australian Qualifications Framework, ASQA standards, and vocational education funding models has supported a strong track record of delivering sustainable business outcomes and high-performing teams.

MTA NSW Group CEO, Stavros Yallouridis, welcomed the appointment.

“I am delighted to welcome Louise as the new General Manager – Training. With her depth of experience and industry insight, she is the ideal person to lead our training organisations into the future. Her appointment reinforces our commitment to building a skilled workforce for the automotive sector,” he said.

Kinloch says she remains committed to driving continuous improvement, fostering innovation, and strengthening stakeholder relationships to support long-term success across the Group’s training operations.
