AMA Group Chair Caroline Waldron and board members Kyle Loades, Kim Stewart-Smith and Talbot Babineau have all resigned their seats. Only three board members remain: Brian Austin, David Goldstein and Ray Smith-Roberts.
The resignations follow the issue of an s249D Notice by Alex Waislitz’s Thorney Investment Group, owner of 6.8 per cent of AMA Group to question the effectiveness of certain board members.
