Mitsubishi Motors Australia is rolling out a range of advanced safety features to its 2017 Outlander including Multi Around Monitor, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Lane Change Assist fitted standard to its Exceed.
The 2017 Outlander will also introduce a mid-level LS Safety Pack model with Forward Collision Mitigation, Lane Departure Warning, adaptive cruise control and automatic high beam feature.
All 2017 models will be fitted with smartphone connectivity technology.
It will build upon Mitsubishi's design, refinements and dynamic improvements of the model.
Changes to suspension will see new shock values to advance linearity and body control, while new rear toe link bushes will provide improved lateral rigidity.
Lower friction front struts with new damping contribute to improved steering linearity, while rear shocks have been tweaked to boost stability and ride comfort.
