Stuart Faid, regional vice president of Fix Auto is to leave the franchise repair group in April. Fix Network has announced the appointment of Scott Croaker as the company’s head of business for Fix Network Australia effective March 1, 2024.
In this role, Croaker will be responsible for overseeing and leading the business performance, operations, network development and growth strategy for Fix Network’s brands in Australia.
“Scott’s leadership skills, strategic mindset and deep understanding of the Australian automotive aftermarket make him the perfect fit for this crucial role,” Steve Leal, president and CEO of Fix Network, said. “I have full confidence that under Scott's guidance, our business in Australia will continue to grow and achieve great success.”

Croaker joined Fix Network in 2020 as the head of operations for Australia and brought with him more than 30 years of experience across a broad range of key roles within the automotive industry.
Prior to joining Fix Network, Croaker worked in both the retail and corporate environments across a range of management and leadership functions for BMW Group Australia, most recently as the National Aftersales Business Development manager.
