This award is to recognise younger people in the industry, under the age of 35, that are on the path or have already become leaders or innovators. We're looking for positive, energetic people who have contributed to the success of an autobody repair shop or chain of shops. This award is not open to industry suppliers, only those who work in bodyshops.

How does it work?
Be nominated or nominate yourself. We are hoping that suppliers who have been impressed with their dealings with an under 35-year-old in an autobody repair shop will also nominate. We will then ask the nominees to make a video of less than 6 minutes talking about themselves and the industry. If you aren't prepared to make a video, please don't nominate yourself.
What happens if I win?
You will be flown to the Paint & Panel Bodyshop Awards dinner (Covid-19 restrictions permitting) to receive your award and be profiled in the the January issue of the magazine. Nominational close on 18 June. Videos must be submited by 21 August 2020. Links to the video can be sent to awards@paintandpanel.com.au
