IBIS has announced best-selling author and international conference speaker, Jeff Smith, will be a significant part of the IBIS journey in 2019, presenting at both IBIS Middle East 2019 in March and the IBIS Global Summit 2019 in June.
As the author of The KPI Book, Smith is regarded as one of the world’s best business improvement strategists. With more than one million words being published and book sales exceeding 100,000 copies, Smith is one of the most generous and prolific contributors to KPI and business development in the automotive industry.
Because of his vast experience as a consultant and knowledge of collison repair business’s, Smith has a unique perspective on business growth. Instead of teaching theory, Smith teaches practical applications that improve business performance in the real world of the automotive aftermarket.
The author will join the previously announced Dr Annette Winkler at the IBIS Global Summit, taking place on the 10 – 12 June at the Grand Hotel Dino, in Baveno, on the stunning shores of Lake Maggiore, Italy.
