The Glasurit Refinish Competence Centre (RCC) has re-opened it’s doors to the automotive repair industry. After being closed for the most part of 2020, the team at BASF are ready to reopen the RCC and resume commercial-oriented training. Over the last 12 months, the technical training team at BASF have been working behind-the-scenes at the RCC towards increasing their already premium training offer to the automotive refinish network, so bodyshops can be more efficient and productive, while maintaining the highest possible repair quality and maximising business performance, and are excited to invite customers back to the facility
"The RCC in Wetherill Park provides an excellent facility to help sharpen customers' competitive edge in a highly sophisticated market," said Ian Johnson, Technical Sales Support Manager."We will continue to innovate our training offer in 2021 to ensure our customers are successful."
During the closure of the training centre online training platform, Glasurit Know-How, which was launched in February 2020 has been used widely across Australia and New Zealand by paint technicians to find product information, technical data sheets, e-books and view training videos covering everyday questions.
"The extensive use of Glasurit Know-How is a great sign that our customers are adopting online training and making use of the digital services that we are able to offer, whilst still having access to BASF and distributor teams of highly trained Technical Sales Representatives in the field."
The first of many courses for 2021 are now taking registrations online at www.glasurit.com/au.
