The most recent independent repairer in Australia to join the worlds largest network of independently owned businesses has undergone their rebranding transformation and is now ready to serve its customers both old and new under the Fix Auto banner.

Fix Auto Rockhampton (previously known as Classic Bodyworks), owned by Rick and Sue Norris, signed up to be part of Fix Auto Australia recently and has seized the opportunity to rebrand and reposition their business with both hands.

Commenting on the changes Rick said: “The old exterior of our business really didn’t do justice to the quality and service we delivered from within, the building almost disappeared into the surrounding area and nothing stood out that said we are here. The Fix Auto branding is bold and engaging and certainly sets the shop apart from everything around us.

"The process of rebranding was surprisingly flexible, the guidance and framework are provided by the team in Fix Auto and arriving at an execution of that branding which fits the site and the location was actually very straight forward," he said.

“Just the simple act of rebranding has given the whole business a spring in its step and gets the whole team onboard with our next exciting chapter with Fix Auto," Sue said. "Our first few customers through the doors this week are also very complimentary. We have always given amazing service and quality and that shines through even more now the shop has transformed its look and feel”.

Scott Holden, State General Manager QLD/NSW for Fix Auto could not be happier about this latest partnership. “ Rick and Sue are amazing to work with," he said. "Like all of our partners in the network they are keen to secure their future, leverage the support we can give them in their business and reap the benefits of working under a united banner of like-minded repairers. The site is a credit to them and the whole team at Rockhampton and we look forward to supporting their next phase of growth and prosperity”.
