Paint Allowances on Used Panels
When quoting second-hand (used) panels such as doors, bonnets, or guards in Audanet, don’t forget to apply the >50 per cent paint allowance.
This setting recognises the extra preparation required on used panels and actually works out higher than the default new-part paint allocation – giving a small but consistent boost to your paint revenue.
It’s a widely accepted practice across most insurers using Audanet and is approved daily.
