Managing the repair lifecycle across multiple different systems makes process consistency critical. Are you finding that sublets are getting missed?

In Audanet there are usually two ways to enter a sublet:

  1. Via NSP in the damage capture.
  2. Via the Sublet / Modify Parts section (depending on which version of Audanet you are using).

The quickest way is via NSP. But just because it’s the fastest method doesn’t mean it’s the best. Over the years, I’ve seen it done both ways. The most common way sublets get missed is when they are entered through NSP, because they won’t always reflect as a sublet in your quote package. In most cases, they are inserted into a different area.

This creates opportunities for things to be overlooked because it’s not a clear and obvious sublet. Shops are already admin-heavy at the best of times, and sometimes we unknowingly create higher risks of human error simply because we’re too busy to notice when something isn’t clear and obvious. Try entering in your sublets in the specific sublet section on Audanet.
