Don’t forget your sublet travel
When creating estimates, it’s easy to overlook the time spent getting vehicles to and from sublets. If a technician or staff member leaves the floor to deliver or collect a vehicle – that’s legitimate, billable time.
Add “Deliver and Collect from Sublet” in your estimate.
The commonly approved baseline sits around $30 each way, though rates can vary depending on location and insurer.
